Christopher Franklin

Christopher Franklin is a seasoned hospitality and property management professional with a rich educational background and extensive industry experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cornell University and an MBA in New Venture Management from the University of San Diego.

Christopher began his career with the prestigious Four Seasons, where he was recruited into hotel operations management. This role provided him with a solid foundation in luxury hospitality, which he further honed as part of the management team that opened the Mr. C Beverly Hills hotel. There, he gained comprehensive training in all aspects of property development, from operations to guest services.

While pursuing his MBA, Christopher transitioned into residential property management with Equity Residential, overseeing several upscale properties ranging in size from 149 to 479 units. His role included managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high resident satisfaction, and maintaining the premium standards expected of luxury living spaces.
