Christopher Franklin brings over 15 years of property management and hospitality experience to CCF Hospitality LLC. With a strong academic foundation and a proven industry track record, Christopher plays a key role in delivering exceptional living experiences across our Washington, DC properties.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cornell University and an MBA in New Venture Management from the University of San Diego. Christopher began his career with the prestigious Four Seasons, where he developed a deep understanding of luxury hospitality and operational excellence.
He later served on the management team that opened the Mr. C Beverly Hills hotel, gaining hands-on experience in property development, operations, and guest services. During his MBA program, Christopher transitioned into residential property management with Equity Residential, overseeing upscale rental communities ranging from 149 to 479 units across Washington, DC and beyond.
Today, Christopher leverages his unique blend of hospitality and residential management expertise to oversee some of the best places to rent in Washington, DC. His commitment to service, attention to detail, and operational leadership ensure residents enjoy a seamless, high-quality living experience.
