Christopher C. Franklin is the property manager behind CCF Hospitality LLC, where he personally oversees every rental home in Northwest Washington, DC. With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality and residential property management, Christopher brings a hotel-level standard of service to DC renters: clean, well-kept homes, prompt maintenance, and a manager who answers the phone.
Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cornell University and an MBA in New Venture Management from the University of San Diego.
He began his career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he learned what world-class guest service looks like day to day. He later joined the management team that opened the Mr. C Beverly Hills hotel, gaining hands-on experience in property development, operations, and guest relations.
During his MBA program, Christopher moved into residential property management with Equity Residential, overseeing upscale apartment communities of 149 to 479 units in Washington, DC and other markets. That mix of luxury hospitality and large-scale apartment management shapes how CCF Hospitality runs today.
At CCF Hospitality, Christopher handles every part of the rental experience himself, from tours and tenant screening to maintenance and resident care. Renters work directly with the person responsible for their home, which means faster answers, fewer handoffs, and a landlord who knows each property inside and out.
