About CCF Hospitality: Locally Owned Rentals in NW Washington, DCWell-kept apartments, honest leasing, and a property manager who actually picks up the phone.
Who We AreCCF Hospitality LLC is a locally owned property management company based in Northwest Washington, DC. We own and manage every home we rent, which means you work directly with the people responsible for your apartment, not a call center or an out-of-state management firm.
Our rentals are located in established NW DC neighborhoods near Petworth, Takoma, and Fort Totten, with easy access to Metro, local shops, schools, and parks. From cozy one-bedroom units to spacious three-bedroom homes, each apartment is maintained with care and ready for move-in.
Our Hospitality-First Approach to Property ManagementThe word "hospitality" is in our name for a reason. We believe renting should feel welcoming from your first tour through your last day of the lease. That shows up in the details:
- Fast, straightforward applications. A $50 application fee, clear qualification requirements, and most decisions within 24 hours.
- Responsive maintenance. Residents can submit repair requests online, and our team follows up promptly.
- Pet-friendly homes. Many of our apartments welcome pets because your companions are part of the family.
- Direct communication. You'll always know who to call, and you'll get a genuine answer.
